1. Why choose Lovebirds Studio? What makes you different from other companies?
We are a young and fresh team who is determined to make your film and photos as unique as possible. Our work has been featured on Polkadot Bride and Luna Park. We craft our films and photos and ensure that your story is captured in a way that you will love. We don’t only put their cameras on tripod, press record button and finish the day, instead, we make sure that we capture your wedding from artistic angles to make it look as ‘cinematic’ as possible, meaning, we will make sure that it will look like a movie. No boring long shoot, no awkward frozen smile in front of camera, just fun and love throughout the day.

As part of our wedding videography packages, we also provide a full-length documentary film (from up to 60 minutes duration depending on the packages) to relive on your anniversaries. Every single smile and every single happy wedding tears on your wedding day won’t be missed and will live forever in the beautifully encased films!

We are also a two-man (one man one woman to be exact) team, so for all photography and videography packages you book from us, you will get two photographers/videographers come as a package!

Our approach is natural, meaning that we don’t pose you and expect you to become like models. We will consult with you and discuss what styles that you are interested in. If you like jump shots, we will jump with you – and if you like romantic and sweet images, we will go to places where we can make your dream images come true. 2. What sort of equipment do you use? How many people will be shooting my wedding?
We use the latest and greatest DSLR HD cameras and lenses, 2x Canon 5D Mark III with some L lenses (to non-geeks out there, L lenses are the best quality lenses made by Canon) to ensure that you will get the best picture quality on your wedding day. We will also have a third DSLR camera throughout your wedding, so with three cameras and two people on the day, you will be all set and secured – you won’t miss any of your dad’s precious tears when handing you to your husband-to-be or your laughs when your maid of honor shared some little fun secrets 😉

3. What are the final output that we are going to receive?
All our film packages include highlight and main feature film, which is the short film about your wedding day and the long duration feature edit that capture your wedding ceremony and your memorable speeches and little surprises on the day (think of your fiancee’s surprise song..). All film packages will be delivered in DVDs encased in faux leather album. For pre-wedding photo packages, you will receive all edited high resolution images in a DVD.

4. How much of an investment do I need to make?
Lovebirds Studio is a small, dedicated team who are committed to give the best that we have for your wedding day. Thus, we only accept limited number of bookings per year to ensure that we put extra attention to every single detail of your product.

All wedding day film packages include highlight film. Prices are for Melbourne-based assignment. Extra travel costs are applicable for interstate and international weddings. Please contact us for more details.

6. Ok, I’m interested! What’s next?
Firstly, you can fill in the contact form to let us know about your date. Then you can expect a reply in 24 hours and we can set up a face-to-face meeting, or if you are overseas, we can also talk through Skype or Facetime. During this meeting, we will discuss more about your upcoming amazing day, and talk more about your love story, and what are your expectations regarding your films and photos. We are a team that always try to cater your preferences, so this session is essential for us to customize your film and photos to your style! After all it is your photos and films, and it is something that you would like to be proud of to watch and share with your family and friends (: On your wedding day, we will come early and start shooting away (:

7. When will I receive my films and photos?
Post production normally takes around 3-4 months, but our wedding highlight can be finished within a couple of weeks time, so it is perfect for those of you who have overseas weddings soon after your first one (;
